Mindfulness is to be fully present, aware and accepting of one's mood, feelings and thoughts at any given moment and in any space without judgment (awareness of your internal state). Mindfulness also includes an awareness of ones' surroundings, including space and people.
Mindfulness Meditation is intentional focus on a specific thought or idea. Regular meditation cultivates mindfulness in such a way that it becomes a part of one's wellness routine.
