The Be Well! Connection
I have embarked upon a new degree/certification program, Master's in Education with Breathe for Change! As a part of the program, I am completing a practicum (or project) to help adults prioritize their personal well-being through Mindfulness Meditation and Movement! Mindfulness is known to improve flexibility, focus, balance, heart health, back pain, relieves stress, improves sleep and more!

Participation Expectations & Time Commitment:
1) Beginning Date: November 3, 2024
2) Ending Date: February 23, 2024
3) Day/Time: Sundays at 6:30-6:45pm
4) Classes are virtual.
5) Attend as many live sessions as you can. If you miss the live session, you may review the recording.
6) Journal your progress via paper/pen or tech device.
7) Register by completing the pre-survey and release/liability waiver.
8) The meeting link and curriculum schedule will be sent to you.
9) Have fun learning and growing!
