*The purpose of mindfulness and intention setting is to set our focus for the week and to help with our overall health and wellbeing. While mindfulness is known to bring peace and calm, it is important to note that undesired memories and feelings may come to the surface as a result of this practice. Completing all practices are at your own risk.
*It is recommended that you consult your physician or licensed health care professional prior to joining any practices and as needed as you practice.

1) Yoga mat 2) Yoga blocks (2) 3) Blanket 4) Bolster (optional) 5) Yoga Strap (optional) 6) Water (optional) |
Yoga To Do:
1) Consult a physician 2) Sign the liability waiver 3) Dress comfortably. 4) Be open to listen and learn. 5) Join weekly or when your schedule permits. |
